Instructions to Install Spinney Signalbox Simulation

Click on Spinney.zip to begin download

In small window that opens select "Save" 

You will be asked where to save the folder, this does not matter. 

Open the folder

Run setup.exe, accept all defaults

The simulation program spinney.exe will be created in somewhere in Program files

When you run the spinney.exe you will first see a start screen which leads to the main simulation screen
The main screen has a Help facility which will give further details of the program.

If you get a 'failed to find file' message, proceed as follows.
Quit the program
Click the 'Start' button from your desktop
enter spinney.exe in the search box, but do not press <Enter>
Windows should find spinney.exe and display it in the box above
Right click on this 'spinney.exe' then click on 'open the file location'
A folder will be displayed which will include spinney.exe
double click on this 'spinney.exe' and the program will find the files.

Instructions written for Windows 7
If you are using a later version of windows and find these instructions no longer valid then please let us know.
You probably can find a 'workaround'.
